My family made the decision to send me to the United States so I could experience a new culture, learn English, and pursue greater opportunities. Moving to a new country at a young age was not always easy, but those experiences helped shape my resilience, work ethic, and appreciation for personal growth and perseverance.

I have always loved languages, and that passion began when I was young and became fully immersed in the French language. From an early age, I developed a deep appreciation for different cultures, people, and perspectives. Later, I earned a full-ride scholarship to attend the University of Colorado, where I studied International Relations and had the opportunity to  live in France. Those experiences broadened my worldview and strengthened my passion for education, leadership, and lifelong learning.

Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work across the education, nonprofit, and business sectors, focusing on leadership, relationship-building, strategic growth, and supporting communities. I have been fortunate to work alongside incredible leaders, entrepreneurs, donors, and organizations committed to creating opportunities and positively impacting the lives of others. Those experiences have strengthened my passion for service, collaboration, and helping communities grow and succeed.

More importantly, my experiences have taught me the importance of treating others with kindness, leading with integrity, working hard, and always finding ways to give back and support others whenever possible.

I strongly believe in the American Dream and remain incredibly grateful to live in a country where opportunities still exist for those willing to work hard, stay disciplined, and continue growing. To me, success is not about taking shortcuts, but about consistently doing the little things well — being punctual, working hard, showing energy and passion, staying prepared, being coachable, maintaining a positive attitude, and always striving to go the extra mile. I truly believe the sky is the limit when faith, perseverance, integrity, and hard work come together.

Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, trying new foods, hiking, reading, and spending quality time with my family and daughter. I enjoy experiences that allow me to continue learning, meeting new people, and expanding my perspective on life and different cultures.

Above all, I hope my journey reflects the importance of gratitude, perseverance, service, and believing that with hard work and determination, anything is possible.
